If this machine uses a fairly fast (333MHz or faster base CPU clock) it's very likely that the problem is a known problem start FPW on fast systems. There is a patch that can be downloaded from the MS Web site at http://support.microsoft.com/support/kb/articles/Q240/9/82.ASP
