I get the idea of using VFP as the middle tier for an IIS/VFP/SQL(of VFP) type application, but how should it work when you also want to have some VFP front end(for in the building network connection).

Do you install the same VFP COM DLLs on all workstations and setup DCOM? If so, what happens when you update one of the DLLs? Do you have to update all the workstations?
