>I have two tables. The first table contains fields : a job number, a date, scheduled hours. The second table: a job number, a date, actual hours. The first table contains as many records of the job number as weeks it is scheduled to be worked on. The second table contains as many records of the job number as weeks it has been charged against. The first table can contain many more job numbers than the second since scheduled jobs are usually out in the future. I want to do a crosstab report that uses month/year as headings. Under the headings I want to group and display the scheduled hours/actual hours for each job number for each month. Thanks for your help.

Do you want to know how to join the tables, how to design the report, or...?
