Goal: to have HTML help automatically activate at the appropriate topic when a form is entered.

What I have done in the init of the form is:

set help to myhelp.chm

thisform.showwhatsthis(101)

This works fine in our office but does not work at the client site
I’ve installed the HTML runtime files at their site.
I’ve run Hhupd.exe and Hhctrl.ocx, Itss.dll, Itircl.dll, and Hh.exe are all on their machine and registered.


Any ideas on what to try next?
