Have your boss, John, buy me lunch when I get back from New Orleans and I'll swing by and help you out. If you can't wait until then (lol), then go into Word, Tools menupad, Visual Basic editor. When there, press F2 for the object browser and look around. Press F1 in the Object browser and you'll get the Office VBA help.
