I don't know where this particular one comes from, but you might try the following.

- Make sure you make use of the latest OCX (that comes with SP3)
- Issue SYS(2333,1) or SYS(2333,0) before you instantiete the form.

BTW I didn't know that exact software still did used (visual) FoxPro for their solutions. Can you define what position VFP has at Exact Software ?
