Hi Sharon,

You can try another approach also. If you need to consider a blank value and a last value described like NEW RECORD, you can create an array with the result of the SELECT DISTINCT; and ADD a blank value at the beggining and a last value as NEW RECORD.
The appearence to the user would be like this:


Company1
Company2
Company3
Company4
NEW

...

It's a different approach. Choose which is the best for you.
