I received it too - yes, I loaded and tested it on my backup NT server, completely different hardware, but exactly the same problem occurs.

NT has been re-installed 4 times on the WS, due to other problems of the OS getting hosed - but each time there has been the problem, except after the 3rd NT install. That time it worked fine for about two months before the errors returned. Really strange.
