I definitely think there is a gap between many of our laws and the current business environment. The Sherman Act is 110 years old. And, while I think much of it still applies, there is a need to examnine all of our laws in light of they way business is transacted today..

Do you see any validity in the argument that since the business market place has changed considerably in the last 100+ years since its enactment, that it may no longer be entirely applicable in today's business environment?
