Hi
I've have a form with some pages in it and a method that provides some counts and sums to text boxes on page one. The operator enters an ID for the record she/he is looking for and I return the name and some date information that the control source are fields in the cursor. I also do some "sum (fieldname) to thisform.variable" and display the result on the page. Here is the problem, up until I added the sum function when I left page one and then returned the text boxes showed me the information that was in the cursor file (great!). Now that I added the sum to the method when I leave page on and return the test boxes are empty. If I do a suspend and look at the underlying cursor the information is there. If I remark out the sum function everything returns, the text boxes now show me the data in the cursor. I've tried a refresh and other things, some off the wall, but I can not get it to work. Is this a known bug (but to me) in VFP6?
Any help will be appreciated. As a last resort I can create another view that returns a sum.

Ed
