Just a thought here, but how many companies do you intend to have in your table. You may want to think about using a different control (like maybe a grid) if you the table is going to become very large. The SELECT DISTINCT... to populate the combo's RowSource is going to give you performance problems if the table grows very large. In addition, trying to select 1 of 44,000 entries (I've seen an interface that actually did this ! ) is a really user-surly interface.
