I searched in vain for a solution to this problem over a year ago. I was working on a still unfinished product that was storing rich text in a memo field. I wanted to print a report using the RT in the memo field along with other fields of information.

Someone suggested that I could put an ole control on the report form and bind it to the memo field in my tabel. Since I had started another, more urgent, project by then I never tried it.

There are several resources that explain how to print RT from VFP but none that mention using the report writer to do it. I also have wondered if Crystal reports could handle this desired functionality but I have never used it.
