You can use the ADSI or WMI ActiveX COMponents for this. I'd recommend picking up a copy of "ADSI ASP Programmer's Reference" before starting on this to get a feel for how and what ADSI can do. You can also check the ADSI-related sites in my signature block; be aware that you'll be reading scripts and VB code much of the time going through various examples on the web.
