I don't see the point. It would slow stuff down, and you wouldn't gain anything by it. There's also a greater potential for the PRG (which is now in an FPT) to corrupt and get completely unusable.

I think Steve was planning to use this as a cruch to avoid recompiling the entire app everytime a small change is made, which can be avioded in the first place with out all lot of work, like this would invlolve. JMO.
