>The dot matrix issues sound like they could be caused by a bad printer cable. Another problem could be a bad printer driver. On the HP problem, try reinstalling the printer driver. If that doesn't work, send me the report and any cursors need to run it (after the conference next week--please don't send them before that because I'll be using a dial-up connection from a hotel). I have an HP5 printer and I can try running under both VFP5 and 6 to see if VFP5 is the problem.

Thanks but I don't have access to the reports, they are embedded in the app.
The job ticket reports use the Text Merge feature only very expanded features.
I have installed the latest HP Drivers but that did not change the results.
I have 3 Dot Matrix printers. 2 just started the enlarge and shrunk printing.
The other I use for labels and it has the vertical alignment problem but doing an
alignment test seems to solve that problem.
Seems unlikely but possible that 2 printer cables fail at the same time but it's a cheep fix.

The laser printers are on a HP Jet Direct cards but I did a firmware upgrade a few months ago and that didn't change anything either.

Any other ideas?
