Business logic does not belong in script code. It belongs into components that are reusable and scalable, neither of which VBScript provides well. Also, VBScript is a severely limited language, which means you can't do most of the things that a business object is supposed to do.

It's the same reason that MS basically doesn't recomend using ASP code to build business logic but to put that logic into COM objects. I'm not really sure if that's the right answer either due to the COM administration issues and potentional crash issues (COM objects that crash are dead in the water)...
