Hi Tut,

PMFJU, but the Error message, you got, tells us, that in your table you have Primary or Candidate Index and you added a record, which has this field either blank or not unique. Open your table in command window
use MyTable exclusive,
then go bottom,
then delete this new added record,
then pack.

Now you don't have this added record, but you don't have a problem also.
Then you should be careful by adding records in your table. If one field, or combination of several fields should be unique, you MUST provide a mechanism to keep the uniqueness of this field(s). See Craig Bernston KB for more information about PK in a table.
