>I've built a form to locate records in a table. A grid on the same form is used to browse the table and once the record is located the grid is refreshed to show the record. Of course the records before it and after it are also shown since the grid actually holds the whole table. How do I get the grid to highlite the record that was searched for?

Hi Greg,

You should use Column.DynamicBackColor property for that. The best thing is to see an example. You may look at file#9361 "Two grid classes" in Files section - Classes-VCX
