I have the need to run a DOS app to extract files from a proprientary file and to shove them back into a different file after running lharc against the files. Under Windows 98, by using the API to lock the desktop, the cursor changes from normal to hourglass each time the DOS window would be shown. This I find acceptable. Under Window NT 4.0 sp4 and Win2000, the API seems to have no effect and a DOS window flashes on the Desktop in different positions everytime. Any suggestions?

On another topic, we use a screen capture routine that was written up in FoxTalk in the spring of 1998 (I think). This works on all platforms BUT Win2000. Any ideas what's changed?
