Hi Vin,

Yes, I'm running under VFP6.0 SP3. DDFC_NONE is "" (empty string). It seems like this Error occurs only on one particular table, which we used for our test purposes. It happened in another application also, so it's a table problem.
We'll try to use another test table to check, if this problem persists. I hadn't this problem on other tables before.

Let's leave this problem behind for now...

>Hi Nadya. Most of the bizarre C0005 problems I have run into were resolved by Service Pack 3. Are you running this under SP3? If not, I'd recommend updating the system. Otherwise, let's see.... the fact that either LOCATE or SKIP causes the error tells me that the problem occurs as soon as VFP *truly* tries to implement the filter. I assume that DDFC_NONE is a defined constant --what's its value?
If it's not broken, fix it until it is.
