I have two projects on my development system. The first is a project started in VFP 5 and moved to 6, the other started in 6. The first project ( started in 5 ) increments version number when I create new EXE and displays version in property window when you right click on the EXE in explorer.

The second project doesn not auto increment the version of EXE created in it and does not even display version tab when you right click on EXE in explorer.

I have read an article in Microsoft KB that says VFP 6.0 SP3 running on Win 98 does not increment version, recomends compiling EXE on NT system. Strange that one project does and the other does not, any ideas ?

NOTE : I develop on both an NT system and a Win 98 system. When client uses 98, I develop on 98 system, when client uses NT, I develop on NT system.
