Is it worth using the RI builder and setting up RI between tables in the DBC or just manage that in code.

e.g. while deleting a customerid (auto-increment field using GetNextID() in the default option of that table's structure) making sure in code that it does not exist in lets say the invoice table and the invoice history and the payments table etc. and only allowing the delete if it is not found in all the tables (where ever it's used)

Manually checking all this in a delete for all tables seems to be a lot of work.
