I found some information about what you are looking for .... check the 'nslookup', there are 2 tools maybe helpful for you ... go to the following link and check the :
1. Netinfo tool
2. Netscan tool
http://tucows.qualitynet.netafter you get the site, go to 'Search' and type 'nslookup', it will be 2 results as above,
and you can download them for trial.
