They announced and OLE-DB provider for VFP that will also support stored procedures. Currently, the ODBC driver only uses SPs that are called from Triggers. You can't call the SPs directly.
There are also new Database Events. You can capture things like TableOpen, BeforeTableUpdate, etc.
