Printing from a grid?
I've got a grid holding a cursor that is updated by users choosing records from an open table that is shown in another grid on the same form. I need to print the information from the grid holding the cursor and then zap it after they are finished pulling out the records they need.
I had a big problem getting ZAP to work. Originally I was using an empty free table that was populated by records from the first grid. I kept getting error messages that the table needed to be open exclusively before it could be ZAPped. So, to make a long story short, I removed the empty table from my project and data environment, but I forgot to remove the references to it in each columns ControlSource. When I ran the form again the ZAP function worked.
I'm assuming that I indirectly created a cursor by doing this.
In any event, I need to print the records from the grid holding my "cursor", but all I get are blank pages. I've got an idea that should work around the problem, but I'd rather try to get what should be an obvious operation working.
Any ideas?
TIA.
