The project manager interface (like Visual Interdev) we saw included selections for VC projects, VB projects and VFP projects, so it appears that all 3 are getting some shared IDE elements from VID.

Did you look at the same presentation and/or read the same articles that I read on the Next Generation site? Did you read all 3 new articles, or just the one about integration with Visual Studio? (look at the Language Enhancements page for a list of articles). There is much more new in VFP7.
