I created D:\Michel and a D:\Apps\Prod\Intranet\Exe directories. I also created a TBNC.EXE and a DYNAZIP.VCX. When I do the commands above, I get the following error:

"Class library file 'd:\michel\dynazip.vcx' is not found" (Error 1993)

I get the VCX is missing, rather than the EXE is missing.
