Most likely, the touch screen will have a driver that will emulate the mouse, so basically you don't have to do anything other than making your buttons larger to make it easier for the user to hit it with his/her fingers.

If you have to get the touch screen yourself, just make sure with the manufacturer that there is a mouse emulation mode, because I think not all touch screens have it.
