we're regularily testing our applications on WTS and Citrix Metaframe. Performance is not that much of an issue if you use the latest hotfixes (as Colin stated). The only problem we encountered that far is that working with a system DSN when accessing a SQL Server 7 database with an application configured for anonymous access would not work on a W2K Metaframe. But even that odd problem could be solved by creating a file DSN and using that one instead. So all in all, just go ahead - you're unlikley to face serious problems.
