I just downloaded the SQL 7.0 120 day Evaluation from Microsoft. Took me forever as it's like 200+ meg.

In the install directory there is a few .exe's (like autorun.exe) and a few .bat files. Making a long story short, it appears that it's looking for file 'x86\setup\setupsql.exe'. Looks pretty obvious what the problem is, but the downloaded files didn't include this. Any ideas?
