Just a quick question.  Have you downloaded all of Novell's VB ActiveX controls? 

I was only concerned with the Print Server and Print Queue components, but there were many Admin tools included. 

Finally, the download includes the controls, sample code, and superb help files.  I am fairly sure, the controls will give you access to what you are looking for.
