Regarding the index on the DBC...

Our app has a maintenance utility to delete tags and then rebuild them to keep the database clean. My question is how do you reindex the DBC? I think it does this when you validate, but is that the equivalent of using REINDEX(), and thus not as good as deleting and recreating?

This is in consideration of ISO errors. The reindex on the tables doesn't seem to effect anything and I thought that perhaps the DBC might be the ticket.
