Can someone point me to a source that has a listing of valid
functions/commands when writing code to exchange data
from VFP 5.0 to Lotus 123 '97?

The trouble begins when trying to save an Excel spreadsheet
as a Lotus 123 sheet. Unfortunately, the OLE automation
stops when the spreadsheet is displaying dialog boxes asking
if it is Ok to change to a different file format.

Any help will be appreciated...
