Thanks for your reply.

We need to access data on a server over the telophone lines. This is the bottom line and the main reason to go C/S. I do not see how you can still remain in VFP in these circumstances.

>Before you get to which is best, you should answer "Why does your client want C/S?" Cause it's the latest buzzword? Cause they heard it's faster? Remote access to data? Security? Could be that VFP will work just fine them.
