Thank you for your advise. I suspected that about Lantastic.

Anyway, I've e-mailed to Artisoft for support on this matter and they have told me that they cannot support me on the Internet as they do not have the facility for this. They have advised me to use their forum on the Compuserve or use their BBS which would cost me quite a bit. So I have given them a piece of my mind and strongly advised them to provide support over the Internet.

About the config.sys setting, I only set it to FILES=100. So I don't think I am affected by the remote problem.
