Can you run the EXE from inside VFP (use the DO command, even though it's an EXE) If so, then the problem is probably that the EXE can't find the necessary libraries. In this case, check that Windows and Windows/system are both in your path, and that the required DLL and ESL files are available there.

If you can't run the EXE at all, try making and APP and running it. If it's just the EXE you may have a problem with your VFP installation.
