We have our 'own' framework (base set of classes), which we're using in all our applications. They are basically fine and work, however there is a problem, which these classes don't handle right now. Since it's a complicated problem, I would like to hear, how you solve it in your applications.
The problem is:
If you have Primary Key, which is not Integer (e.g. can be handled by GetNextKey procedure automatically), how do you ensure uniqueness of this PK in your forms? This PK could be one field (simplest case) or it could be combination of fields (more complicated case).

Any suggestions would be appreciated.
