I'm assuming that you have 3.0+ for this.
Have a look at the bottom of the 'Output' window. Near the right side
of the screen is a button labeled 'Options...' that will let you select
the printer to tie to the report. You can also allow the user to choose
the print options at the time that they run the report. When the user
selects their own printer, all of the formatting will be adjusted to
match that printer.

This is one of the annoying aspects of the Foxfire!. Chances are your
label is there, it's just not displayed. Have a look at the drop-down
list that indicates the number of columns. The list of labels includes
only those labels that have
n columns, and
n defaults to
1. Change this to the number of labels across that you have and the
list of available labels will change to match.

I've always used Foxfire!, except when the report was just too bizarre
(see the March FoxTalk) or the number of reports were so fixed in scope
that it didn't make sense. In this case, I've just added text boxes.
This has generally been done on Invoices for the Terms & Interest
notices, on certain other reports for disclaimers, etc. Presumably you
want to do the same type of thing?
