Four examples come immediately to mind, I'd have to check my notes for
others:
1) SELECTs that are nested greater than 2
2) More than a single UNION
3) UPDATE and DELETE that contain a SELECT
4) ORDER BY and GROUP BY on an expression, rather than just a fieldname
or result column.
