I'm having trouble figuring out how to open a queue located on another machine. All of the examples in MSDN, as well as Randy Brown's white paper use a queue on the local machine.

Does the remote machine have to be a domain controller? Do I use the PEC in the path to the queue? Everything I have tried (all shots in the dark) has not worked.
