Never mind. But, please remind we were no longer to "wear" LONG TAILS on our head for a hunder years. (One of my British friend said that before he came to Hong Kong, he thought Hong Kong people had long tails on their heads!?)
This is a new era for Hong Kong people, but most of them MAY NOT USE TO the new Government. I knew that the foreign news are telling some "terrible" stories but not the truth.
Before 1 July 97, UK APPOINTED a Governor to HK. The members of "Real Power Centre" - Executive Council were APPOINTED by HK Governor. We didn't have any right to choose our leader and our policy. At that moment, I didn't think we have much democracy.
I believe "Tomorrow is better" and "Hong Kong people is not a chicken". I am appreciate of your kindness. Please don't be worry about us.
From 28 June to 2 July is our holiday, I will not go back to office until 3 July. Therefore, I may not receive your messages during the days, but I still keep close contact to you and my friends in UT with internet (How wonderful of internet!). If I get the latest news, I will put them in UT.
