I've only glanced over the docs for the Customization Manager very briefly, but it seems like it's providing you with another way to create a subclass. Is there more to it that I simply haven't stumbled over in the docs yet? Are there any tricks/pitfalls that you've run into while using it?

We haven't made many modifications to the maint screens at all, but we did completely pitch the line item entry screen and replace it with our own screen. Also, we've made a ton of changes to the SOPOST program to integrate with our new screens. Did SBT make a lot of changes in these areas when they went to the new version?
