This is another alternative which may provide U with the ultimate control. I have also seen third party tools to do some of the printer management stuff. Actually the solution was easier than that. I should have phrased my question "How do you print on Legal sized paper", which for us is in the lower tray. Simply selecting Legal size in Foxpro's printer setup was all it took. The reason that the
escape code for lower tray didn't work for me is that there was a Letter Size paper code that was part of the string Foxpro was sending which interfered the Lower Tray code.
