I have found a way to avoid that and be able to BUILD my sub EXE.

In the project manager, I have put the classes external and the problem is gone. However, I don't like this workaround as I need to keep a copy of the classes in the EXE directory. If someone has other suggestions that I can't try to be able to BUILD my sub EXE while keeping the classes in the project, I will be happy to try them.
