No known issues in the simple case; the usual problems with regard to DOS Apps and the undocumented structure of .PIF files, and the usual caveats about running internal commands, and different behaviors linked to whether you've set the default CLI for DOS Apps to CMD.EXE or COMMAND.COM (same issues with NT 4, so no surprises.)
