A client is reporting a problem with a memo field editbox in a form. Occasionally, when they add text to the field, line feeds are inserted before the text they just added (after the record is saved), and they claim that the number of line feeds inserted corresponds to the number of lines in the memo field of the previous record they were editing. (And they insist that they are not leaning on the Enter key.)
I cannot replicate this. There is nothing programmatically causing this, and no subclassing is involved, so the strange behavior is not being inherited. The editbox for the field is contained within a pageframe, and I have code in the pageframe's Refresh method to ensure that all the pages are refreshed when the pageframe is refreshed (not that this should have anything to do with it).
Any ideas?
TIA
