I changed one of my FPW2.6 apps to run in a smaller window rather than maximized. When the screen preview came up it was the same (small) size of the small FPW window - the preview showed the whole page but shrunk to fit the small window.

If I maximized the FPW window to full screen right before I hit the preview button (in other words a small form in a large VFP main window, the preview window was large, with the report stretched to fit the larger window - so it was much easier to see.

Maybe something along these lines will help you figure out your problem.
