Hi!

Try to have them remove and reinstall their copy of Arial Narrow.

Also, take a look at the report file as if it were a dbf (i.e. use report.frx and browse), and check out what they have in their environment where the fonts are.

Also, if the report's field has the "stretch with overflow" property set, word wrap will occurr. Disable this, so that the field is clipped rather than allowed to grow.
