AWA what Nigel said, you can take a look at the Solution Samples that come with VFP, there is a right-click menu example.

You could also take a look at the _menu (I think that's the name) class in the FFC. It should be somewhere like "C:\Program Files\Microsoft Visual Studio\Vfp98\FFC".
