Someone has installed this patch here...and it has become a problem, because it removes the CDO object model. So, anywhere we have use:

oSession = CREATEOBJECT("mapi.session")

will create an error message. Does anyone know how to fix that? Do I need to reinstall something to get mapi.session on the machine again?

>>>>Yep; it's available directly via http://www.officeupdate.com/ - I installed all of SR-1a which includes the email security update last night for O2K, and nothing new broken to report. This is a fix for Outlook 98 and Outlook 2000, this does not address Outlook Express; if you now use outlook 97, you need to upgrade to Outlook 98 (if you already have Outlook 97, you can download the upgrade to Outlook 98 from the MS Office Update site). Office 2000 owners will have to apply SR-1, and you may be in for a long process; I think that Win9x and NT users have to firswt download the Windows Installer Upgrade (one reboot), then apply SR-1 (another reboot) and may have a third reboot in there depending on what exactly is found on your system.
